Newzoo's Minh Tue Le Ngoc recently released an infographic with statistics on female representation in video games in 2022.

The infographic states that 72% of women (n=36,873) have played a video game in the past six months. Although more women are playing games, the majority feel a lack of representation in the games they play and a lack of community and community.

Even though there have been great strides to make gaming a more inclusive space, we can still do more to address these issues!
